Voters have lost trust in our election process in Washington State. We must rebuild that trust by fixing a system that has too many potential holes that bad actors can use to manipulate election results.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮 - make election day a holiday. No one should be denied the right to vote because they have to work and cannot make it to the polls. Making election day a holiday ensure that every voter will the opportunity to get to the polls and cast their ballot.

𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗲! What's the best thing you can do? 𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗠𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗔𝗚𝗘 with your friends and family and let them know that 𝗧𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘃𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀! Let's grow the following!

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭 - move back to in-person, paper ballots requiring voter ID. This is the simplest and easiest way to restore voter trust in our elections, It ensure one person, one vote. It ensures we know exactly who casts each vote through the use of voter ID. And having all ballots counted on election day removes the risk that funny business can occur to manipulate elections. Washington State voters surely remember the fiasco of the Dino Rossi election where he won twice until a third recount miraculously put Christine Gregoire over the top.

𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗲! What's the best thing you can do? 𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗠𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗔𝗚𝗘 with your friends and family and let them know that 𝗧𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘃𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀! Let's grow the following!

Every legal voter in the state of Washington deserves 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲 and 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. We all deserve to know who truly won any given race. This is not a controversial statement. Yet it feels like I'm the only one fighting for these principles in this election.

There are too many holes in our election process and too many opportunities for bad actors to exploit those holes. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 and I'm committed to providing that for them by identifying and closing those holes.
